IN THIS LESSON
You’ll begin the hands-on portion of the plantar fasciitis release series using the Ublock in both standing and seated positions. You’ll learn how to properly position your foot on the block to target different areas of the plantar fascia, including the center of the foot, the heel, and the forefoot.
You’ll be guided through how to use your body weight safely and effectively to create deeper pressure and release through the foot, while maintaining stability and alignment. Each position is paired with controlled breathwork to help the nervous system relax into a parasympathetic state, allowing for more effective tissue release.
You’ll also be introduced to how different foot positions can target not only the plantar fascia, but also the surrounding structures such as the Achilles tendon and calf muscles, which often contribute to foot pain and restriction. Modifications and seated options are included so you can adjust the intensity based on your comfort level.
