Plantar Fasciitis

This Plantar Fasciitis Relief course is designed to help reduce foot pain, release tension, and restore natural movement through a guided, step-by-step approach. Using the Ublock, you’ll learn how to apply targeted pressure and positioning techniques to the foot, calf, and Achilles to support deeper muscle and fascia release.

Throughout the course, you’ll be guided through foundational breathwork, foot-specific release techniques, and full lower-leg stretches that work together to improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and support long-term healing. Each session is designed to be done at your own pace, with modifications available to adjust the intensity based on your body’s needs.
