IN THIS LESSON
You’ll move into a full lower-leg release sequence using the Ublock to target the calf, Achilles tendon, and ankle—key areas that often contribute to plantar fasciitis. You’ll be guided through progressive stretches that begin at the upper calf and gradually move down toward the Achilles and foot for a complete release pattern.
You’ll also learn how to use body weight and breathwork together to safely deepen each stretch while staying in control of the pressure at all times. Each position is designed to help improve circulation, reduce tension, and support long-term mobility in the lower leg and foot.
Because every body is different, this lesson also includes modifications for different comfort levels, including towel-based variations and adjusted positions for those with limited mobility or knee discomfort. These options allow you to meet your body where it is while still getting effective results.
